This scientific and practical article presents the creation of an information system for rating pedagogical staff of a general education institution by means of the object-oriented programming language C#, the integrated software development environment Microsoft Visual Studio and the relational database management system Microsoft SQL Server, the graphical user interface of the information system software, as well as the process of rating teachers «HOW WILL», the software of the information system has been tested, and in addition, the calculation of the performance characteristics of the implementation of the plan is presented. The conclusion shows the key results of the execution of this scientific and practical article.
