These methods are becoming more accessible, and their implementation is happening more and more often in people&amp;#39;s daily lives and are becoming an integral part of society. This article will consider the existing methods of identification of a person by biometric methods; their advantages and disadvantages; the main reasons for using biometrics as identification of a person; various methods are compared both on the world market and in Russia.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Biometric methods of identity identification have been actively developing in the world market over the past decade.
